MZ Electronic S.r.l. è lieta di annunciare l’acquisizione della ditta Progetto
Elica, nata dall’esperienza di SBM, storica azienda di eliche italiana nata
nel 1963.
MZ Electronic inizia a collaborare con ORVEA nel 2008, creando da subito
il marchio Italwinch ed iniziando a realizzare la prima gamma di verricelli
per imbarcazioni fino ai 16 metri. La collaborazione si fa sempre più stretta
e la richiesta del mercato di avere prodotti per imbarcazioni di dimensione
maggiore, porta nel 2011 MZ Electronic ad acquisire la stessa ORVEA.
Ora la gamma Italwinch dispone di una gamma di verricelli salpa ancora,
tonneggi, guida blocca catena, eliche di manovra ed accessori elettronici
per imbarcazioni fino ai 90 metri.

MZ Electronic S.r.l. is glad to announce the takeover of Progetto Elica.
Progetto Elica was born from the experience of SBM, a historic Italian
propeller company founded in 1963.
MZ Electronic starts working with ORVEA in 2008, creating the brand
Italwinch and starting producing the first range of anchor windlasses
for boats up to 16 meters. The collaboration becomes closer with
market demand to have products for bigger boats; in 2011 MZ Electronic
decided to acquire the ORVEA company.
Now the range Italwinch has a complete range of anchor windlasses,
capstans, chain-stoppers, thruster and electronic accessories for boats
up to 90 meters.
